This policy governs appointment bookings on QuailDot.com ("Service"). By using our platform, you agree to these terms.


1. Booking Rules
Provide accurate information (name, email, phone).
Appointments are confirmed via email/SMS.
2. Cancellation Policy
Cancel/reschedule via QuailDot account or confirmation email.
Minimum notice : 24/48 hours.
3. No-Show & Late Policy
No-shows:

Marked on your account.
May restrict future bookings.
Late arrivals: Service may be shortened/canceled.
4. Zero-Tolerance Violations
Immediate account termination for:

Spam/fake bookings (e.g., false appointments, bulk bookings).
Abusive behavior (harassment, threats to providers/staff).
Inappropriate content (18+ material, explicit language).
Fraud (chargebacks, fake payments).
We investigate all reports and reserve the right to ban users without warning.
